What's the difference between Business and Enterprise?
Business is self-serve via Stripe for up to 200 mailboxes per batch. Enterprise is for 500+ email accounts — contact Ace Micro for pricing, dedicated support, and a license key tailored to your migration.
Do I need an account for the free plan?
No. Open the tool, enter IMAP details, and sync. Paid plans use a license key after Stripe checkout — no signup required.
What payment methods does Stripe accept?
Credit and debit cards, Apple Pay, Google Pay, and other methods Stripe supports in your region. All paid plans checkout through Stripe.
Can I get a refund?
30-day money-back on Pro if the tool cannot complete your migration due to a platform issue. Contact support with your license key.
